When a user is logged in to the academy as an administrator, we have made it possible to perform the following actions on the content available inside a Community, Organization and Group.
Add a deadline to the content

How It Works
Set a Deadline
The action 'Set a deadline' is available to administrators and facilitators of a content under communities (Content Tab), organization content and groups content.
Click the 3 dots menu on the content card and click Set deadline. This will present a calendar where a date can be selected. The deadline will be visible on the content card as shown below.
Once the content is past its deadline, the user will still be able to see the content but not make any changes to it. Furthermore, the content will display a banner to the participants showing that the content is past its deadline.
Set as Mandatory
To set a content as mandatory, click the 3 dots menu on the content card and click Set as Mandatory. The Mandatory tag will be visible on the content card as shown below, just below the title of the content.
We believe these quick actions of adding Meta Data to the content from the 3 dots menu on a card will be time saving and add value to content faciltation.
