One of the main releases from this week were the introduction of 2 new roles (Facilitator and Editor) when it comes to inviting users to a content element.

We elaborate more on this in the steps shown below:

Select Users option under the Actions menu, or the 3-dots menu available at content level:

Next, click Invite in the pop-up that opens.

The new roles should now be available under the drop-down when selecting permissions:

As seen below, there are now 4 different access rights available at the content level:

  • Participant

  • Facilitator

  • Editor

  • Administrator

How the different roles can access the content is described next to each role.

P.S: The users who have been already invited with the permission 'Can edit' to a content, will by default be content administrators now.

In addition to the above, we continued to address some minor known issues regarding event settings and SCORM files.
