This newsletter highlights an important feature update that the team has been working on, and has been made LIVE this week.
Are you a group administrator/facilitator looking for a simple and quick overview of the status of your group participants? Our new group reports feature is now launched to help you gain insights into your groups and take actions accordingly, supporting participants with their learning goals.
To access this new feature, open the group that you are administrating and click 'Reports' from the Actions drop-down.
This will open the following reports pop-up displaying all the basic data that you need to get a quick overview of all the group members and their progress related to various content available in the group.
There are two filters in the basic report:
Elearning - A list of all the content that the group has
Progress - Status filters ongoing, completed and not started
Important reports features:
The small "i" icon appearing next to the name of a content, will appear only when that content has some kind of approvals or requirements setup.
The 3-dots icon next to the name of each content lets you open-up that particular content in a separate tab.
Also note that when a participant has completed a content, the cell will turn green to indicate that and also mention the date that they competed that content on.
Upon clicking the download icon, you will see a notification pop-up saying that your report is being generated, and the download link will be sent as an email to you.
In addition, use the Actions drop-down to send messages and reset progress of the selected participants.
Please note that this is a basic report aimed at giving group admins a quick overview of group participants' progress status. We are also working on advanced reports to include more course parameters and insights.
