User profile and the different settings available within

All platform users have a profile pop-up which may be reached from the home page and then clicking the profile image/name. This pop-up contains different tabs allowing the user to:

- Edit their profile information and privacy preferences

- Modify what information is visible publicly on their platform profile to others

- View and download their diplomas, certificates and badges

- View the billing information and subscriptions

- And perform several other user account related modifications

The profile offers 4 different tabs with information classified accordingly. Note that we are working on optimising these tabs further for the users to attain the best overview of all their account related data in one place. 

Personal information tab:

This is the first tab that allows the users to fill-in information such as their personal details, professional details and connect various social media accounts to their profile, as per they prefer. 

Notice the edit pencil icon on the right side. Clicking this activates live editing on the page.

By clicking the checkboxes on the right side of each field, users can control which information they wish to display publicly on their profile, and which stays hidden and visible only to the user.

It is fully possible to connect social accounts to the user profile, as well as add any additional emails as needed.

Preferences and settings tab

This is where the users have the possibility to setup/modify their platform language preferences, as well as which page they prefer to see as default landing page when logging in to the platform. 

The other features available under this tab are password updates as well as looking up the privacy policy and terms of use. 

Achievements tab

Clicking the third tab is what gives users an overview of all their certificates, diplomas and badges earned so far. 

Billing and subscription tab

The fourth tab is where the users can view and edit their billing contact information. The list of all of the user's subscriptions will also appear here. 

We are constantly working towards gathering feedback and implementing what brings more value to the platform users, and the user profile pop-up will see many improvements in the coming times.
